HB 2110 - DIGEST

Ensures that school district employees covering spouses and family members through school district employer-sponsored health benefit plans pay equitable employee premiums as compared to employees choosing to cover fewer people.

Requires school districts to provide for the same percentage of total cost for district employees enrolled in a health plan of substantially equivalent actuarial value.

Requires collective bargaining agreements between school district employers and employees to be consistent with RCW 28A.400.275 and 28A.400.280 (sections 3 and 4 of this act).
