| EFFECT: Provides that contracting is subject to this act when the service has been customarily and historically performed by government employees at any point on or after July 1, 2005, rather than continuously since July 1, 2005. Provides that contracts for public work as defined by the Public Works chapter costing over $500,000 are not subject to the processes in this act, rather than contracts for "major projects" as defined by the Office of Financial Management. Removes the null and void clause. |
