Correct the title.
| EFFECT: Eliminates the entitlement for the Washington College Grant. Removes the requirement that the Legislature appropriate funding for the Washington College Grant and that allocations be made on the basis of estimated eligible participants enrolled in institutions and apprenticeship programs. Removes the requirement for the Caseload Forecast Council to forecast the Washington College Grant program, in addition to the corresponding appropriation.
FISCAL IMPACT: Decreases Workforce Education Investment Account by $332,000. |
