On page 2, at the beginning of line 3, strike "(ii)" and insert "(iii)"
| EFFECT: Specifies that felony Bail Jumping applies when a person fails to appear for trial, regardless if he or she quashes the related bench warrant or has not had prior incidents of failure to appear.
