On page 13, line 35, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2021) by $139,000
Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 16, after line 16, insert the following:
"(14) $139,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2021 is provided solely for an assistant director position at the office."
EFFECT: Funds an assistant director position at the Office of Civil Legal Aid.
FISCAL IMPACT (2019-2021): $139,000 Near General Fund—State/$139,000 Total Funds
FOUR-YEAR OUTLOOK EFFECT: $405,000 Near General Fund—State
