Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

On page 238, line 1, strike "$5,000,000" and insert "$10,000,000"

On page 238, line 13, after "subsection,", strike "$3,614,000" and insert "$8,614,000"

EFFECT: Adds additional one-time funding to cover the costs Local Health Jurisdictions incident management activities related to the potential outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus, making the total available for local efforts $8.6 Million.

FISCAL EFFECT (2019-2021): $ 5,000,000 Near General Fund-State/$ 5,000,000 Total Funds

FOUR-YEAR OUTLOOK EFFECT: $ 5,000,000 Near General Fund-State
