On page 2, line 33, after "section" strike ", "military" and insert ":

(a) "Military"

On page 3, at the beginning of line 4, insert "(b) "Grenade launcher" does not include any device designed to deploy nonexplosive grenades, oleoresin capsicum (OC), or projectiles containing oleoresin capsicum (OC)."

EFFECT: Provides that "grenade launcher" does not include any device designed to deploy nonexplosive grenades, oleoresin capsicum (OC), or projectiles containing oleoresin capsicum (OC), thereby providing that the restriction on the acquisition and use of military equipment in the underlying bill does not apply to these types of launchers.
