On page 3, line 17, after "homeless" strike "((, families with children))" and insert ", including families with children"
EFFECT: Specifies that families, with children, who are homeless or at-risk of being homeless are an eligible population for whom affordable housing facilities providing housing-related programs using revenues raised from the local sales and use tax for housing and related services may be provided, subject to income requirements.
