Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Restores provisions in existing law that address the allocation of transportation funds to the Connecting Washington Account from other transportation accounts in the event of the establishment of a low carbon fuel standard or similar programs.
