On page 1, line 16, after "activity" insert "; or

"(c) Requests that the juvenile provide consent to an evidentiary search of the juvenile or the juvenile's property, dwellings, or vehicles under the juvenile's control"

EFFECT: Extends the right to access to counsel for juveniles to attach when a law enforcement officer requests a juvenile consent to an evidentiary search.
