On page 8, after line 12, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 9. A new section is added to chapter 29A.60 RCW to read as follows:

In an election conducted using ranked choice voting as provided in section 1 of this act, any preliminary, uncertified, or unofficial returns or results may not be disclosed to the public. The results of a ranked choice voting election may not be disclosed to the public until the election is certified as provided in RCW 29A.60.190."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

Correct the title.
