On page 1, line 25 of the striking amendment, after "candidate" insert ". Ballots must be designed such that voters receive only one ballot that contains all elections in that jurisdiction. County auditors may not create separate ballots for ranked choice voting elections"

EFFECT: States that county auditors designing ranked choice voting ballots include all ranked choice voting elections on the same ballot as "traditional" elections in the jurisdiction, so voters receive only one ballot.
