On page 13, line 27 of the striking amendment, after "act." insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 20. If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter and section number, is not provided by June 30, 2022, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

EFFECT: Provides that the bill is null and void if funding is not provided in the omnibus appropriations act.
