| EFFECT: Removes the prohibition against a landlord terminating a tenancy for a specified time except for the causes enumerated in the underlying bill. Removes the requirement automatically converting such a tenancy to a monthly periodic tenancy and the provision clarifying that the landlord and tenant may continue to enter into subsequent lease agreements.
