On page 8, beginning on line 23, after "cleaning" strike "unless the landlord documents wear to the carpet that is beyond wear resulting from ordinary use of the premises" and insert ", where cleaning is performed by use of a common vacuum"

EFFECT: Specifies that the landlord may not withhold a portion of the deposit for carpet cleaning where the cleaning is done with a common vacuum.
