EFFECT:   Removes provisions that would have withheld reimbursement from the death investigations account if a coroner's or medical examiner's office was not accredited by either the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners or the National Association of Medical Examiners, or if the coroner, medical examiner, or medicolegal investigative personnel medicolegal did not complete forensic investigation training as required.
