On page 3, line 24, after "families." insert "The educational service districts must seek to consult teacher-librarians and other relevant information technology programs to determine where there is a need and focus for this training."

EFFECT: (1) Directs each educational service district (ESD) to consult with teacher-librarians through LIT programs while providing technology consultation, procurement, and training.

(2) Provides that the ESDs must seek to consult with teacher-librarians and other relevant information technology programs to determine where there is a need and focus for technology training.
