On page 1, line 10, after "any city" strike all material through "section" on line 15 and insert "((that: (a) Has a population of at least eighteen thousand; and (b) is north or east of the largest city in the county in which the city is located and such county has a population of at least seven hundred thousand, but less than eight hundred thousand)) or town"
| EFFECT: Expands the cities eligible to utilize the targeted urban area property tax exemption program to include any city or town. Removes any population or geographic eligibility requirements for cities for purposes of the targeted urban area property tax exemption program.
