On page 2, after line 24, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect July 1, 2021."

Correct the title.

EFFECT: Adds an emergency clause to make the bill effective July 1, 2021, to allow for the first transfer of funds to the Manufacturing and Warehousing Job Centers Account on July 1.
