On page 5, after line 40, insert the following:

"(d) If a consumer is required by government order, or receives a request in connection with a law enforcement, attorney general, or similar government investigation, to return a consumer product which was stolen before the consumer purchased it on an online marketplace, the online marketplace where the consumer purchased the product shall promptly provide the consumer with a full refund."

EFFECT: Requires online marketplaces to provide a consumer with a full refund for a stolen product purchased online that the consumer is required to return in response to a government investigation.
