On page 6, line 27, after "(iii)" insert "School districts with at least 500 annual average full-time equivalent students must assign one counselor to each school. If the allocations provided under (b)(i) of this subsection are not sufficient to fund one counselor per school, then the omnibus appropriations act shall provide additional funding sufficient to meet this requirement.

Specifies that if allocations provided through the prototypical school funding model for nurses, social workers, psychologists, counselors, classified staff providing student and staff safety, and parent involvement coordinators are not sufficient to fund one counselor per school, then the omnibus appropriations act must provide additional funding sufficient to meet this requirement.
