On page 8, line 38, after "repair." insert "Independent repair providers shall be liable for repairs provided to customers, including damage to digital electronic products that occur during repair, including any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; any loss of data, privacy, or profits; or any inability to use, or reduced functionality of the digital electronic products resulting from repair."
