On page 3, line 4 of the striking amendment, after "person" insert "or on any private property where the person is present on the private property at the invitation of or with the permission of the person who owns or leases the private property"
| EFFECT: Provides that the prohibition on openly carrying a firearm or weapon within 250 feet of a permitted demonstration does not apply to any person who carries a firearm or weapon on private property where the person is present on the private property at the invitation or with the permission of the person who owns or leases the private property.
