On page 18, line 18 of the striking amendment, after "(f)" strike "Committed" and insert "Was found following an investigation to have committed"

EFFECT: Provides, in order for an officer to be decertified based on sexual harassment grounds, that the officer must have been found following an investigation to have committed sexual harassment.
