EFFECT:   Modifies the definition of "large capacity magazine" to mean an ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 15 rounds of ammunition. Modifies the exception to this definition for permanently altered ammunition feeding devices to cover devices altered so they cannot accommodate more than 15 rounds of ammunition.
