On page 2, after line 19 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(iii) Judgments founded on the tortious conduct of nonprofit corporations, as defined in chapter 24.03A RCW, or individuals acting in their representative capacity for a nonprofit corporation bear interest from the date of entry at the same rate as in (b)(i) of this subsection (3)."
