On page 1, after line 32 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(iii) Judgments founded on the tortious conduct of emergency medical service districts or individuals acting in their representative capacity for an emergency medical service district bear interest from the date of entry at the same rate as in (a)(i) of this subsection (3)."
