On page 1, after line 32 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(iii) Judgments founded on the tortious conduct of public hospital districts or individuals acting in their representative capacity for a public hospital district bear interest from the date of entry at the same rate as in (a)(i) of this subsection (3)."
