On page 4, line 37 of the striking amendment, after "entities" insert ", provided, however, that any such pledges shall be received by the landlord in the amount stated in the pledge within fourteen days"

EFFECT: Requires payments made on repayment plans from pledges by nonprofit organizations, churches, religious institutions, or governmental entities to be received by the landlord in the amount stated in the pledge within 14 days.
