EFFECT: Limits the amount of rent for which a landlord must offer a repayment plan to rent accrued between March 1, 2020, and six months after the end of the eviction moratorium, instead of rent accrued between March 1, 2020, and six months after the eviction moratorium or the end of the public health emergency, whichever is greater.
