On page 18, beginning on line 16 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 8

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes provisions authorizing the Department of Labor and Industries or the person entitled to compensation to file for injunctive or other appropriate relief in court, if an appealing party fails to comply with an order to pay attorneys' fees and costs.
