On page 1, line 16 of the striking amendment, after "crime" insert "if the person was convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity for a class B or class C felony offense"

On page 1, line 17 of the striking amendment, after "(c)" insert "The person has spent three consecutive years, immediately preceding the petition, in the community without being convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity of any felony, gross misdemeanor, or misdemeanor crime if the person was convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity for a nonfelony offense;

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
