On page 2, after line 9, insert the following:

"(4) This section expires July 1, 2023."

On page 8, after line 38, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. Sections 2 and 3 of this act expire July 1, 2023."

EFFECT: Provides that all amendatory changes in the bill expire July 1, 2023.
