On page 1, beginning on line 11 of the striking amendment, after "time" strike "((during the four-month period))" and insert "during the four-month period"

EFFECT: Restores statutory language providing that youth are

eligible for the Independent Youth Housing Program if they were

dependent at any time during the four-month period before their eighteenth birthday.
