"Washington Rescue Plan Transition Account: For transfer to the budget stabilization account, for fiscal year 2022……$1,000,000,000"
| EFFECT: Transfers $1 billion from the Washington Rescue Plan Transition account to the Budget Stabilization Account.
FISCAL IMPACT: Increases Budget Stabilization Account resources by $1 billion. Decreases Washington Rescue Plan Transition Account resources by $1 billion.
