On page 3, line 27, after "tenant" insert ", provided that the payment amount is for all sums owed to the landlord as of the date of the payment"

EFFECT: Requires a landlord to accept a personal check, cashier's check, or money order for payment of rent only if the payment amount is for all sums owed by the tenant.
