On page 3, beginning on line 25 of the striking amendment, after "the" strike "waiver or suspension of statutory obligations or limitations" and insert "((waiver or suspension of statutory obligations or limitations)) order"
| EFFECT: Provides that Governor orders that prohibit certain actions during a state of emergency may last no longer than 30 days, unless extended by the Legislature by concurrent resolution or, if the Legislature is not in session, by legislative leadership.
