On page 97, after line 17 of the striking amendment, insert the following:
"(3) Nothing in this section authorizes any state agency to restrict the purchase, sale, or registration of vehicles that are not electric vehicles by military personnel, their spouses, or any other family members of military personnel."
| EFFECT: Clarifies that the target established that all passenger and light duty vehicles of model year 2030 or later be electric vehicles may not be used by a state agency to restrict the purchase, sale, or registration of vehicles that are not electric vehicles by military personnel or their family members.
