On page 2, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "Sec. 102." insert "(1)"

On page 2, after line 9 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(2) $960,000,000 of the funding identified for transit support grants in LEAP Transportation Document 2022-A, as developed February 8, 2022, is redesignated and provided for the county road administration board, the transportation improvement board, and the freight mobility strategic investment board, which must each receive $20,000,000 in funding per year for 16 years to be used for preservation and improvements for roads that electric and hybrid vehicles and electric buses can travel upon."
