HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 4402

WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8401 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 2021 Regular Session of the Sixty-Seventh Legislature;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the State of Washington, the Senate concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8401 shall not apply to matters relating to gubernatorial authority during a state of emergency or House Bill No. 1557.
