WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8401 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 2021 Regular Session of the Sixty-Seventh Legislature;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8401 shall not apply to Senate Bill No. 5264 (declaring January as Chinese American history month and encouraging public schools to commemorate the month).
