On page 11, line 11, after "may" strike "reasonably"

On page 11, line 16, after "order" strike "a reasonable" and insert "an"

On page 11, after line 20, insert the following:

"(3) Unless otherwise authorized by law, the number of elected commissioners may not be increased to more than five."

EFFECT: Provides that unless otherwise authorized by the law, the number of elected commissioners in a county may not be increased to more than five to remedy a potential or actual violation of the Washington Voting Rights Act.
