On page 17, beginning on line 19 of the striking amendment, after "housing" strike all material through "building" on line 21 and insert "under section 3 or 4 of this act without compliance with the adequate water supply requirements of RCW 19.27.097"

EFFECT: Changes the water supply requirements necessary as a precondition for city approval of a building permit to reference the water supply availability determination process established under the State Building Code, rather than referencing the availability of water rights generally.
