| EFFECT: (1) Adds materials used to package fresh produce to the list of materials that are not included within the act's definition of "packaging". (2) Adds containers and bags used for fresh produce to the list of items that are not included within the act's definition of "PCRC product". (3) Removes containers for fresh produce from the act's definition of "thermoform plastic container".
