| EFFECT: Removes the requirement that a regulated entity maintain a privacy policy specifically for consumer health data and instead requires a regulated entity to maintain a general privacy policy. Permits a regulated entity to publish a link to its privacy policy in a clear and conspicuous manner, as an alternative to publishing the link on the regulated entity's homepage.
