"(f) Consumers demand that when their digital electronic device is being repaired that their personal financial and health data and images must be protected from theft."

EFFECT: Adds to the intent section that the legislature finds that consumers demand that when their digital electronic device is being repaired that their personal financial and health data and images be protected from theft.
