On page 3, line 20 of the striking amendment, after "incident," strike "within 24 hours of" and insert "on the same calendar day as"

EFFECT: Requires that the parent or guardian of a student who was isolated or restrained be notified about the incident on the same calendar day as the incident, rather than within 24 hours of the incident.
