Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

On page 34, line 7, after "Sec. 16." strike "Sections 5 through 10 of this act take" and insert "Section 10 of this act takes"

EFFECT: Removes the new local 0.25 percent real estate excise tax.
