| EFFECT: Requires that fish hatchery maintenance activities be undertaken by the Department of Fish and Wildlife, a federally recognized Indian tribe, or a public utility district, in order to be eligible for the exemption established in the act from certain Shoreline Management Act permitting requirements for certain fish hatchery maintenance activities.
