On page 3, line 23 of the striking amendment, after "(xx)" insert "Knowing possession or public use of a legend drug under RCW 69.41.030(2)(b) or (c);

(xxi) Any offense that is a violation of chapter 69.50 RCW;

(xxii)"

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Expands the list of offenses that may not be dismissed through substantial compliance with court-ordered conditions to include the knowing possession or public use of a legend drug, and any offense that is a violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
